Key Moments Tattoo was founded in 2024 by Sidney Ou and Adrien Vega. Both Lowell, MA natives, Ou and Vega established successful careers as tattoo artists, building a large clientele base, and a large sense of community around the brand. The Key Moments team has grown in numbers a large multicultural team of professional artists and continues to evolve. As a company and collective, they are on their way to becoming the premier destination for tattoos in New England.
